Long-Lasting Performance in Extreme Weather and High-Use Applications
Extreme temperatures, rugged road conditions, and extended vehicle use can place added stress on CV axles. This includes vehicles operating through intense heat, severe cold, snow and ice, as well as fleet, rideshare and delivery vehicles that accumulate long hours and high mileage.
OE-style CV axles perform well under normal driving conditions, but repeated exposure to temperature extremes, road debris and extended operating cycles can contribute to premature wear and failure.
TrakMotive HD Xtreme CV Axles are specifically engineered for these demanding environments, providing longer-lasting performance through severe-temperature materials and enhanced design features.

1. 8-Ball Fixed Outer Joints*
Benefit: Reduces friction and wear characteristics for greater longevity and cooler operation which extends grease life.
2. NEW EnduraFlex™ Boot Material
Benefit: Provides improved resistance and flexibility for up to 2x longer life, with superior ozone and temperature resistance (-40°F to 176°F).
3. Stainless Steel Clamps
Benefit: For added strength and increased corrosion resistance even in the most extreme temperatures.
4. Severe Temperature Grease
Benefit: Resists loss of lubricity and maintain OE lubricant performance in even the most severe temperatures ranging from -40°F/C to +280°F/140°C.*
